Introductory offer:
You will receive a one-year named-user license at a special price. The licensing period starts with delivery and expires automatically after 365 days. An extension is only possible at list price, extending the licensing period at the special price of this offer is excluded.

Requirements:
· a PV*SOL premium perpetual license with program version 2025
· the license and, if applicable, the maintenance invoice, have been paid in full
· the order is placed by the official license owner and for his own account
By accepting this offer, any existing contract for software maintenance with regard to the perpetual license shall be terminated by mutual agreement. The software maintenance ends on the day of delivery of the one-year named-user license, regardless of whether the maintenance was previously agreed for a limited or unlimited period.

Your perpetual license can be used indefinitely, but only in the version that was current the day maintenance ended.

Use
You will receive a user-based license for a limited period of time. This license can be used on any number of devices, as long as this does not happen at the same time. With an active user license, you have access to the latest software version, receive all program and database updates and have access to our technical support via e-mail and telephone.
Licensing period: one year, starting with delivery
The license user must register in order to use the license. You can independently manage your license(s) in the Valentin License Portal.

The license is usually delivered within 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment for the software.
